Our story

The beginning of FAO

Seven hundred kilometres southwest of Riyadh, oil exploration expeditions in the early 1950s uncovered the remains of a village whose sophisticated planning and architecture astonished its discoverers. More than a commercial centre, its palaces, homes, towers, squares and markets embodied a remarkable model for quality of life and formed a vibrant meeting place for the merchants of its time.

The quality of Al-Faw's master plan, created twenty-four centuries ago, inspires us today as the Kingdom advances at remarkable speed. It drives us to create a new icon for our time. Al-Faw has always been a source of inspiration for our work, igniting our passion to develop distinctive real estate destinations of exceptional quality and rich opportunity.
